Wednesday, September 20th the Lady Eagles and Eagles will travel to West Sabine High School for a XC meet. We will be leaving the school around 11:45 and the race times are below:

1:30 PM JV Girls - 2.0 miles

Last week, these students attended a workshop hosted by Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center at St. Luke's Health Memorial Hospital. They learned the importance of helping with blood drives, toured the hospital lab, and got to check out the med flight helicopter. It was a great day! This Thursday, September 14th we will have a HOME game against the Wells Pirates!! Come on out and support your Jr. Lady Eagles and Eagles. There will be 3 games starting at 5pm. The B team Boys will start us off!!! We hope to see everybody here on Thursday!!! 💪🏼🦅🏀

Today for Grandparents Day please enter through the cafeteria or the main doors up front. We can't wait to have you today and the kids are sooooo excited for you to eat with them. You may start arriving at 10:15 for the pre-K through 2nd grade and 3rd grade through 5th grade can start arriving at 10:45 to come in and sit down. If you have a grandchild/child in both time slots no worries we will make sure you can eat with all of them!!! After you eat with your grandchild/child if you wish to take them home you must sign them out at the front office. Thank you for your help in this and we look forward to seeing everybody today at lunch.

Zavalla Elementary will have Grandparents Day on this Friday, September 8th. It will be in the cafeteria starting at 10:30 with Pre-K through 2nd and starting at 10:45 with 3rd through 5th. If you would like to eat in the cafeteria with your grandchild/child it will be $5.

Art 2 created Melted Crayon Art. It wasn't hot enough outside for ours so we used a heat gun.
There will be no school on September 4th. It is a scheduled school holiday.
Tomorrow there will be two games here in Zavalla against Martinsville starting at 4:30. The Lady Eagles will play first and the Eagles will follow.
